Behind the Music

~Ken Corder~ Hailing from Inidana, Ken has been playing guitar and singing for many years. Deeply immersed in gospel and bluegrass, as well as the early rock of the late 50's and 60's, Ken brings all his influences together into an amazing melange of sounds superbly exemplified by his hearty emotion.

~Robbie Neighbors~ Born and raised in beautiful Bowling Green, Kentucky, first began seriously playing guitar at the age of fifteen on his mother's 1969 Stella 12-string guitar. Since then he has taken in his influences from country, bluegrass, blues, and classic rock to create his own approach to guitar.

~Michael Romans~ Living in Butler county, Michael Romans started out as a guitar player, but seeking to contribute the most he could to Northbound, took up bass. He has now surpassed everyone's expectations as a bass player and is still quickly improving. His praiseful antics and style of bass playing bring life and depth to Northbound's music.

~Tabatha Oberhausen~ With a voice that can carry to heaven, Tabatha belts out praise with all her heart, as wel as banging away on her keyboard. Also from Butler county, she has taken in all of the possible southern influences. From classic praise songs to gospel songs with her gospel group Newheart, Tabatha can sing nearly anything, and is greatly talented at tickling the ivories.

~Ashley Oberhausen~ The equally talented younger sister of Tabatha has been singing all her life. Her harmonies with her sister are truly mesmerizing and ful of true emotion that praises god to the fullest. A student at Western Kentucky University, Ashley is an amazing talent.
